Gina D. Minoli, my mother, passed away on April 29, 2004, having lived with Alzheimer's for nearly ten years. My parents' passion for cultural and fine arts, and my mother's personal love for jewelry, have been the inspiration for my work as an actress and director, as well as my work in jewelry design. My mother's lifelong love of music is the inspiration for a program that will bring the benefits of therapeutic music listening to frail elders suffering from Alzheimer's and related dementia.
